Paki Maui 403 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the fourth floor with wonderful unobstructed ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo does not have air conditioning. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a California King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Off of the living room, you will find the updated guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Enjoy preparing meals at home in the fully equipped remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and a show stopping backsplash. Ample counter space provides counter seating for 3. Dine al fresco on the main lanai with a dining table for 3 and views of the ocean surrounding you.
Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

This condo was conveniently located right off the beach with an amazing view. We saw many humpback whales and sea turtles from our balcony. The beach was calm enough for my toddler to play safely. The condo itself was good, but lacked some of the amenities that would've made the rental on par with other rentals we've used. For example, there wasn't any beach equipment for us to utilize like toys for the kids, umbrellas, ample beach towels, or any snorkel gear. These items make our stay much better for the convenience of use. Other than that, the unit was clean and had decent amount of other items for the kitchen.

Great unit with ocean front view. Great area to layout on provided lounges chairs. Nice reef to snorkel at right in front. Both stairs to the beach were closed. Beach shower great water pressure. No A/C made afternoons too hot had to have curtains closed Patio doors need replacing, one side very loose and rattled all the time from the wind. LiPatio doors
