Paki Maui 104 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the first floor with wonderful unobstructed ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo does not have air conditioning. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a well equipped kitchen. Please note, there is no oven. The master bedroom features majestic ocean views and access to the bedroom's lanai. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good book or relax after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom features a comfortable California King bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds and the guest bathroom is in the hallway with a shower/tub combo.
Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

As described. View is unbeatable. 2 lanai’s. First floor. Very practical & comfortable for family of 4 with 2 teens. Lots of communication to assure you have everything & are settled.

The condo has a good layout, but the kitchen is tiny. The property management was slow to respond to a problem with the bathroom sink. There were very few towels in the unit. Overall, it’s OK-comfortable enough.

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean and comfortable, the view from both Lanai’s was beautiful, and it was lovely to have two bathrooms. Kitchen was small but efficient, with basic supplies available. I especially appreciated the laundry pods provided. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

Lovely unit - Paki Maui 104 - beautiful weather including rain and lots of rainbows! Lots of whales were seen from the balconies. MyPerfectStays had decent communication with us when needed. However, one screen door could not be fixed until parts were ordered. The worst part is the king bed mattress. We rolled into the middle and sleep was awful. MyPerfectStays sent a team member who deemed it just a "soft" bed, thus, personal preference for sleep. Yet upon packing up to leave we looked under the bed and saw that the middle of the mattress was almost touching the floor! No wonder sleeping was awful. So sad about that part but the rest was the beautiful Maui we remembered.
