This spacious two story townhouse offers views of the wetlands and is conveniently located to downtown Bethany Beach. Level one offers an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen, laundry room, powder room, open porch, and large screened porch. Level two offers a primary bedroom with a large deck, primary bathroom, and two bedrooms with a hall bathroom.
THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

It was a nice home with all of what you may need including air fryer. Great location in quiet neighborhood and walkable to the beach and main area.

Pros- Great location! Only a 1/2 mile walk to the village the house also came with a free parking pass for the beach and a pool pass for the community pool which we definitely took advantage of and used daily. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities and all appliances worked great.
Cons- The house could've been cleaned so much better. Sticky floors, crumbs on couches on tables. All mattresses and couches need replaced bascially you sink to the floor when sitting on the couch and it's like laying on a log when you go to bed.
All in all with a few updates the house would be perfect.
