Welcome to your beachfront haven in Panama City Beach! Our newly renovated 2BR, 2BA condo offers modern comfort with breathtaking Gulf views. The open living space is perfect for relaxation, and the fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight. Enjoy amazing sunset on your private balcony overlooking the beach and pools. Take a swim in the sparkling heated pool, or hot tub or step onto the sandy shores for seaside fun. With nearby attractions and dining, this condo is your ideal retreat for a perfect Gulf getaway!
The space
This Modern decorated condo is located on the 6th floor of the Regency Tower condos and comes with all the amenities you would expect from home.
Some In Unit Amenities Include:
✔ Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms that include premium cable. Other apps such as Netflix or Amazon Prime are available with your personal login credentials.
✔Central heat and air
✔(1) King sized bed, (1) Queen sized bed, (1) Full bed
✔ Bath, hand, and makeup towels in each bathroom
✔ Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
✔Fully furnished kitchen including a stove range, microwave , blender, dishwasher
✔ Drip and Keurig coffee maker .
✔ In unit washer and dryer
✔Recently renovated condo
Additional Amenities Include:
✔ Beach Chair service- one set of folding chairs with upbrella included in reservation from March 1st-October 31st ( $57/day value )
✔ (2) swimming pools, one pool is heated in off season and regular season.

Guest access
Guest will have access to all pools, hot tub, grilling pavilion, play yard, corn holes, sun bathing deck, workout facilities, billiards room, tiki bar & grill, direct and exclusive beach access is just steps away.
Other things to note
Parking/Resort passes: $40 fee for the first vehicle; you may have up to 2 cars for an additional $15 . You must go to the front desk to get your parking passes, be sure you have your license plate number for this. They will also give you your resort wristbands. These must be worn while on the property to gain entry to any of the resort amenities pools, gym, tiki bar, etc... Also , please be advised we do NOT provide any condiments or cooking products such as salt, pepper , cooking oil , coffee , sugar , etc… you must bring your own.

Thank you for a nice stay. Unfortunately with all the violence and thugs it is no longer a safe town to visit. Will be looking for new vacation locations.

The space was clean and great to accommodate my friends and I. Plenty of room for us all to sleep and have our own space, but also come together for games in the living room area. Unfortunately, the snack shack we were looking forward to was under renovations and closed which was a bummer, but free chairs and umbrella at the beach was great to have.

Property wasn’t as clean as it could be. Sheets were rough and piling bad. At the property was advertised as on the 5th floor when it is actually on the 6th floor. All and all it was a okay place to stay. The sheets need to be replace badly. The Regency Towers we love.
