Discover breathtaking Biltmore Beach in Panama City Beach by staying at our three-bedroom oceanfront retreat. Situated just a short walk from the renowned Thomas Drive, you'll be steps away from the pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
As a traveler, you'll love unwinding in the outdoor pool or relaxing in the soothing hot tub after a day of exploring. Stay connected with the free WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. Curl up on the couch and watch your favorite shows on the smart TV, or challenge your friends to a game of pool in the game room.
At the condo, prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, crock pot, InstaPot, and all the necessary appliances and utensils. Dine together at the spacious dining table, or step out onto the balcony and savor your meal while taking in the breathtaking beach views.
Sunset at the Regency features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom #3 has double bed bunk beds. We round out sleeping for 10 with a sleeper sofa.
Regency Towers, one of the most popular resorts in Panama City, is on the quiet end of the beach, not far from St Andrews State Park, and offers all the perks couples, families, and friends need for a superb vacation. The resort has two large pools on site (one of which is heated) in addition to a kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, and a poolside Tiki Hut that is beautifully remodeled with TVs, a full menu, and a full bar with mixed drinks, wine, and beer. ~ Policies: maximum 10 guests. No pets, parties, smoking, or emotional support animals (ESAs) allowed.

We had a great family trip! This was the 1st time we have stayed at this unit but 4th year in a row at RT. Pam was a wonderful host and was an excellent communicator. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Every year we try to take the family to PCB for spring break and this time was special. There was the right about of space for all of us to rest our heads. The property was nice, staff were nice. My only complaint is that there isn’t 24 hr staff on duty at the front office for later check ins but the next day I was able to get everything done without any hassle. Kids enjoyed the beautiful balcony that overlooked the beach. Pools and tiki hut were great. Would most definitely recommend this place and would most definitely stay here again. Pam was sweet and check in on us to make sure there was nothing needed during our stay and answered all of our questions.
