Charming little home with large great room and very private setting. Backs to private golf course and 1 mile from sugar sand Marco Island beach. Perfect family getaway. Fully furnished and recently updated. Beautiful 20 yard lap lane pool scheduled to be completed in Nov. 2026 ready for the 2027 season. Heated pool will be complimented by a large jacuzzi hot tub and relaxing spill over sun shelf.

The property was great. We had a small dog. He loved it. The yard was beautiful - awesome view of the golf course.

This is our second stay in this home and we absolutely loved it! The home is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated with a wonderful outdoor space. It backs up to a golf course where we enjoyed relaxing evening walks. It is a very short drive to the beach. The owner John responds quickly to any communication. We are looking forward to our next stay!
