Home chefs will appreciate the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.
When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.

This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests over three bedrooms.
Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 60 cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, garden-style soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and 42 cable TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a 42 cable TV.
The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Sip morning coffee on the balcony, outfitted with seating for six.
Soak up the sun by the unheated on-site pool (6 deep), open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, washer/dryer, and unreserved parking for two cars in the outdoor lot is provided.
This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available.
Please note the boat dock is not available for guest use.

Bright and spacious property. Living room and open kitchen was the perfect gathering space for our family over the Thanksgiving weekend. Six of us and this unit accommodated all of us perfectly. Bedrooms were spacious as was the deck. Exactly what we were hoping for and it did not disappoint. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, and all the amenities you could need. Highly recommend “Sitting on the dock of the bay.”

This was the first time we have stayed in Carolina Beach. The home was very spacious and clean. Wonderful views from the balcony of the Bay. You have everything anyone needs while on vacation to cook with or to just relax and watch the sunrise.
The grounds and pool were well kept for us to enjoy afternoon walks by the boats.
It was only about a ten minute walk to the beach.
Plenty of entertainment and restaurants in walking distance.
I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

The condo was lovely, and perfectly located for all Carolina Beach has to offer. Beaches were a few minutes walk and Canal Rd leads all the way to Freeman Park where you can take a 4 wheel drive if that is your thing. The complex is very close to all attractions and is within a few minutes walk of some great restaurants. It has a lovely pool that was rarely used. A perfect place to relax. Beware the cost of beach parking - Drop off at one of the many access points or bring a cart and walk or it’s $30 a day. Freeman Park is $50 to bring a car for the day. We spent two very pleasant weeks here and would recommend to any person thinking of visiting the beach.

The condo was AMAZING! The customer service was great! However through no control of your own we would never go back. My black husband was racially profiled while on vacation getting ready to go fishing. The HOA approached him because a condo owner said “ a black man that doesn’t belong here is outside, and it’s not safe”. She literally said it’s because he’s black. We spend way too much on Air BNB rentals for racism we can get for free at home. The people that live there don’t want black people renting there. You should be aware of this.
