Just 3 miles to Animal Kingdom & 7 miles to Disney, this home is just minutes away from Disney. Enjoy this 4 bedroom 3 bath home complete with private pool and game/movie room! Enjoy Ursula and Captain Hook inspired kids rooms, Maleficent and Evil Queen inspired master bedrooms; Cruella inspired living room with many others. Includes pool heat and BBQ!
Less than 7 miles to all Disney parks, enjoy everything that Central Florida has to offer. Come with your own car or a rental - No resort or parking fees!
This home is equipped with everything needed including towels, linens, pool towels, cooking utensils. Home includes *COMPLIMENTARY POOL HEAT AND COMPLIMENTARY BBQ *
Relax after a long day in the park with you own private pool! The covered lanai with ceiling fan is a welcome relief from the Florida Sun. Like the sun? Well we have comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy that too.

Relax and recline in the air conditioned movie room complete with surround sound.

The poor unfortunate souls that stay in Ursula's room will experience all Ariel endured. From the contract Ariel signed, to the necklace her voice is saved, and we even have Ursula's garden. The trident that defeated Ursula is hanging on the wall
This is a self catering unit. Homes will be provided starter laundry/dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Any additional items required will be need to be purchased/supplied by the guest.

This home was perfectly decorated, fully stocked and in a great part of Orlando- right down the street fromDisney! Our family loved the villains decor, the super fun game room and the backyard pool. The thought and work put into this home is obvious- every room even had surprises in the closet of board games or dress up costumes! The neighborhood is gated and the home is on a quiet street. The neighborhood clubhouse (movie theater, arcade and little store) and pool were nice to have right around the corner. This will definitely be our regular Orlando rental- amazing place!

The Villainous Villa was perfect for our stay. Two couples with two children each so the layout worked perfectly. The kids especially enjoyed the game room and of course - having their own pool. We enjoyed how easy it was to get to and from our daily activities (theme parks). The host was also very responsive about putting us in touch with a local grocery delivery service. Thank you!

To start there is zero spices for cooking of any kind, no salt, pepper or any condiments. The pans in the kitchen are less than poor. One medium frying pan, the skillet was massively warped to the point of being unusable, one small sauce pan.. the game room pool table has half size sticks the video gaming system was non functional. The projector was broken upon our arrival. Maintenance could not have been more helpful, they were frankly great.the pool was nice as was the neighborhood the home was in. For the price I feel there we’re better options out there considering the amenities.
