Nice, roomy condo for a family vacation! Convenient to steps, elevator and beach. Not necessarily an "ocean view " but close proximity to walk. Condo was updated and decorated beautifully. No issues during stay. Would highly recommended it!!

The condo was nicely decorated with plenty of space for our group. Proximity to the beach was fine. You can’t see the ocean waves rolling in from the balcony as stated in the description but you can hear them when there aren’t loud cars driving by. The elevator was nice to use when we were unloading upon arrival but it didn’t seem to work later in the week. The kitchen is pretty well stocked except for drinking glasses. There were only 5 or 6 but plenty of plates & bowls. My only real disappointment was when we arrived. There were crumbs on the kitchen counters, the toaster oven was full of crumbs and the stove top covered in grease. The remote in the living room had a big greasy fingerprint so that obviously wasn’t sanitized either. This must be why the say to bring your own cleaning supplies. The receipt doesn’t specify what the cleaning fee was but normally it’s pretty costly. We did let them know that night about the condition and they called the next afternoon to offer to send someone over to clean but we had already cleaned and sanitized ourselves. They would not refund or reduce the cleaning fees. The day after we arrived, we went to the rental office to pick up our pool passes. There was only one pass for 6 people and it had a different unit number
on it. All in all it was a nice trip with nice accommodations. Just make sure to take some disinfecting wipes & cleaning spray with you.
