2nd Row Fantastic Views - steps from the Ocean!

One of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed at! We loved the location and closeness to grocery stores and beach stores. View was incredible!

This location was truly wonderful! Although we weren’t directly on the sand, it was easy access across a street & the price was reasonable considering everything. The house was clean and well kept with pretty much everything we needed for a great beach vacation.The biggest issue for us was the spiral staircase. We are in our early 60s & in great physical condition but the climb was really uncomfortable We left most of our things on the first floor because we were not comfortable bringing them up & down It was a bit inconvenient but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would happily recommend. Just be careful!

The house was very clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and several helpful items you may not think to pack yourself, which was definitely a plus. The location was also great, and check-in/check-out very easy and convenient. We appreciated was the yard being free of sand spurs, so walking back from the beach barefoot was comfortable and worry-free.There were just a few things that could have been improved during our stay. My family enjoys cooking outside, and while the listing mentioned a grill was provided, the grill was very rusty and required quite a bit of cleaning and extra effort before we could use it. Had we known the condition ahead of time, we would have brought our own grill.The picnic table also needed some maintenance, as several boards were loose or broken, making it difficult to safely move around. The backyard grass was fairly tall as well, and it would have been nice if it had been mowed prior to arrival.The spiral staircase was beautiful visually, but it was much narrower than it appeared in the listing photos. Carrying luggage upstairs—especially hard-shell luggage—was pretty difficult because of the tight curves and limited space.As an extra note, the plug-in fans in the upstairs bedrooms did not seem to work, aside from the one in the bedroom behind the kitchen. Thankfully, I had brought my own fan, so it was not a major issue for us.Overall, we still enjoyed our stay!

Mixed reviews. There were lots of good things about this place that I’ll address in a moment, but there are a few things anyone renting this place needs to fully understand. Number one there is no dining room and no dining room table. When it says dining for six, I think they mean the picnic table under the house. Also, as cute as the spiral staircase is, it is impossible to get any suitcase, other than a carry-on size up the stairs. I was traveling with two elderly ladies, and they really struggled. That being said, the property location is amazing. The beach is beautiful. Everything was clean. the kitchen was well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay.
