The view is fabulous from the back deck, and wood paneling all throughout the home will make you feel like you're staying in your very own cabin. A fun open loft space is perfect for naps or sleeping through the night. Bedrooms are spread out across both floors. Of course, there's room for everyone around the wood-burning fireplace. Like any good winter home, the full kitchen features full-size appliances and plenty of equipment for putting together delicious meals. You're always free to cook on the private gas grill if you're feeling like something with a little more smoke. Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub during their stay, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. When you're winding down, just pull the room-darkening shades closed for a peaceful sleep.

Great house in a great neighborhood for two families and our dog that wasn’t too far from Mt Snow. The clubhouse is a plus with a pool!

This property was perfect for a group of 6-8 women in our 30s to 40s! Everyone had their own bed and the beds were comfortable. Vacasa was very easy to get in touch with for any questions via text.. we did have some issues getting into the rental because there was a lock box as well as a key code on the door but we were able to text Vacasa and received assistance. The only downfall to this rental was the hot tub was broken yet that was not the fault of the rental. You do need AWD or 4 wheel drive to access this rental! And plenty of room to park in the driveway.

Chimney Hill has a lot of nice amenities that we took advantage of. The pool and hot tub were warm and fun for our kids. Being close to Mt. Snow was nice.
The house was warm and the beds were comfortable.
The house is in desperate need of some updates and care. Nothing has been updated/ replaced since the 1990s if I had to guess. The window dressings were so brittle from age they crumbled like dust in my hand when I attempted to open one.
Also the TV didn’t work properly…
If you just need a place to stay while you ski or hike and don’t care about stained carpets, ancient bed sheets and broken chairs! You have found your place!!
