Your friends and family can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white, sandy beach of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. Relax, put your feet up, and enjoy this third-floor condo with great views. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a 32-inch wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living room has a queen sleeper, a 50-inch flatscreen TV and a Blu-ray player. Your fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances. Other amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and a neat computer desk with extra storage. We enjoyed our stay, and the condo was perfect for us. having to stop at 2 offices to complete check in process is inconvenient but doable.

Had a great long weekend stay! Some great things to note is how close it is to the beach and the amenities available. The security guard and property manager were very helpful with the check in process. With that, the couch could use a refresh, some more utensil/ kitchen supplies, and cleaner bedding (If you’re planning a stay here be prepared to have all the kitchen supplies with you). Overall, the stay was a good in-expensive option and easy check out process.

The place was nicely updated compared to other units there. However the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall during normal use. Also when it rains heavily water pours onto the right side of the deck from the roof. The dryer could use an update it took a very long time to dry our clothes. The pullout sofa definitely needs a replacement. The metal part seems broken and the mattress on it has seen better days for sure. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay as we enjoy the amenities the resort has to offer so those things didn't stop us from having fun. The staff at A Place On The Beach is very friendly and welcoming. And the kitchen being fully stocked for cooking in this unit was great as well.
