On-site, you and your guests will enjoy access to resort amenities, including a shared pool and hot tub, grilling area, fitness room, and easy beach access.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This unit is not a third floor unit as advertised. It is on the 7th floor in case you have small children. Otherwise the condo is a very nice unit

The age of this unit and lack of updates was evident. There was also a cigarette smoke odor in the unit. Overall, it was clean, but the last paint job left splatters everywhere and it really could use some attention.
We weren't unhappy with the overall experience though and the facility was good.

I truly enjoyed every inch of the home, it was only minor issues that need to be noticed or get attention between stays. The major one is the front door, even in locked state the door can easily be pushed open because of this we don't leave the home cause our belongings would be unattended but it was no need to eveytuing we needed was in walking distance and very nice. Thanks
