Our weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday From June1-August 10 other 3 day min. Condo located in building one the most desired building. New kitchen appliances and custom walk in built shower in master bath installed 2023.
This wonderful upscale two bedroom oceanfront condo boasts the finest in decor and care. The condo was decorated by a professional decorator. The condo is also Platinum rated. This is the largest of the two bedrooms at Mainsail and is beachfront. This unit is in building one. Building one and two are beachfront and have beautiful views of the Gulf. Mainsail has just gone through a year long period of extensive renovation to enhance the property.
There are numerous upgrades to the condo including Italian 20 inch tile flooring, upscale furniture, window treatments, custom made bedspreads and every room newly painted. Sliding doors from the Master bedroom and Great room to your private balcony afford fabulous Gulf views (No obstructions) and the pool area. You can even enjoy the beach activity from your sofa. This is how close we are to the beach. Located in most DESIRABLE building #1.
Families do not have to cross roads to get to beach or worry about children and traffic. Destin beaches are rated in the top ten in the world. Mainsail is located directly on the beach with 700 feet of private beach. Mainsail is a wonderful, gated community with 24-hour security, covered parking and much more!
The location is ideal-just minutes to everything you need for the perfect vacation. Mainsail is conveniently located across from one of the South's largest outlet malls and the CVS drugstore and Winn Dixie grocery. Family activities close by are golf, Putt-Putt, track amusement park, Water Park, Gulfarium, deep-sea fishing, parasailing and more. Mainsail offers shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts and 2 pools, one heated, hot tub, a first class exercise room, and deluxe community gas grill area. The condo is just steps away from the pool area and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This was our first time staying in a condo is Miramar, we’ve always rented houses or townhomes…and we LOVED it! The location was perfect, beach access was incredibly convenient and the views from the condo were gorgeous. The owners were most gracious in their communication and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Would for sure stay here again!

Great view of the beach, pool, and property. This location is convenient and within walking distance to restaurants, premium outlets, and grocery store.
Condo was equipped for basic meal prep, morning coffee on the patio, and comfortable beds! Our kids loved the beach stash with body boards and the tennis rackets. The beach set up was so nice (beach set up crew, on-site security and maintenance staff were all wonderful).
Host was friendly and made check-in a breeze.

We are not new to Destin but this unit is was one of the best we have stayed in. The property is very well equipped with kitchen essentials. The beds were comfy. The unit was in the perfect location with hauling 3 kids to the beach or pool. Thank you!
