We are 70 year old retirees who spent February and March in this bungalow. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and very walkable. We walked to downtown (only 2 miles away) and the Riverwalk, as well as walking to Steinbrenner Stadium (a 3 mile walk). Our host was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly whenever we had a question.

We have a small group hangout and Bible study in the living room; even the backyard has space and nice seats. We feel so peaceful. There are also friendly neighbors and a quiet area. We did think it was not a good area when we drove through, but not that house area. We were glad to stay there for the weekend.
