We were 1st timers coming to Colorado for a concert at Red Rocks. We found this location about an 1hr 20min away and it was perfect. The location to Pikes Peak, Gardens of the Gods and everything else was centrally located (1hr from locations, due to traffic). The room was clean and the owner was great at communicating. We will be back to finish some hikes and will stay here again!

This place is off in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to the essentials! It was even close enough for us to be away from the Air Force base but also close enough for us to get our son back quick enough if he got called back. Thank good he didn’t and
We got to spend the time we could with him inbetween Air Force duties. Michael responds very quickly and I would def recommend and stay here again..
