Regency Towers 703 West is a one bedroom, one bath condo on the 7th floor with a huge beach front balcony! Enjoy being steps from the soft sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf. This lovely property has tile flooring throughout and the furnishings are positioned to take full advantage of the beach views from the balcony. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a flatscreen tv and opens up to the expansive balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and has an eat-in bar. Relax after a long day at the beach in front of the TV with a good movie or on the balcony listening to the waves. A stackable washer/dryer and WIFI complete this lovely condo. Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach. The “Blues” host an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

This condo was so beautiful. The balcony was huge. Very easy check in and out. A quick little trip for the hubby and I. Just what we needed. The condo had everything we needed. We have stayed in a lot of different places over our 30 years together and this place definitely makes the favorite list. Will stay here again when possible. :)

Perfect location for our family—beach access, pool on site, store within walking distance, shops and restaurants a quick drive or walk. Pat and Gary were excellent at communicating about the stay and work being done at the beach. Can’t say enough good things about the stay!
