The entire process from reservations to check-in to check-out was very user friendly, even for an old crew like all of us. The one error was actually a positive. Upon arrival the door code was incorrect. I called the number listed and an actual person answered immediately and solved the issue immediately and we were in immediately!! We had zero issue the rest of the week. Kudos!!

This was a nice place to stay with great views of the ocean. The trolley access was very helpful to get down to the restaurants and shops.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this condo for our annual summer trip to Pensacola. It’s down the road from restaurants and fun activities for the family. The facility was old but clean and well maintained. Only one pool for East and West towers so the pool was always packed full of guests/kids but my boys still loved it. We will definitely stay here again!

The exterior of the condo needs updating. The condo itself was nice.
So apparently there has been on-going AC issues. When stopped by the room looking for a loud AC unit (see previous reviews). The compressor is going out, causing the unit to be loud and not cool adequately.
The master bedroom bed is like sleeping on the floor!
Needless to say, we were ready to get home to our bed and AC!
