This Beach House is just a few steps away from the ever-popular locals and tourist's favorite spot; SCHOONERS! Also conveniently located within 2 to 5 miles of everything you need for your stay. Enjoy the sun from the large back deck that overlooks the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This house features large, open rooms with plenty of seating for family gatherings. The open floor plan and kitchen has an island with a breakfast bar, and there is an additional dining area for extra seating. The large master bedroom features a king bed and a twin bed, and the master bath has a tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
Rooney's Beach House is just off the famous Thomas Drive, the heartbeat of Panama City Beach. With tons of shops, restaurants, and nightlife nearby, there's always more fun to be had. St. Andrews State Park, which is also close by and has walking trails, fishing, a pier, quiet beaches, and campgrounds. You can't ask for a better location!

Love this location and house! It needs TLC. Last stay the bedding was not on the beds, and time we had no trash bags. Otherwise it’s great.

Property came as advertised. I had no issues other than the oven quit working on us once. Not great communication through the app. But if you call them they answer every time. Loved it will be back as soon as i get my summer schedule for next year.

2 besties and our children fell in love with this classic beach house. Being front row and 2 doors down from Schooners was perfection. The house is dated, but in a perfectly quaint and classic way. There is so much space and the home had everything we needed! The porch has beautiful views and the beach is absolute perfection. Communication with the company was quick and seamless. We will definitely be returning!!

Location is amazing - right on the beach, table on the porch to eat dinner outside. We absolutely loved that!However, the house is definitely dated and could use a really good deep clean and a lot of updates. Master bed had a mattress topper on it and was not comfortable at all. Not sure we would stay here again but did love the location and porch!
