Welcome to Breton Bay Hideaway!
This is a non-smoking and not pet-friendly condo with 2 Bed & Bathrooms, perfect for families and couples! Come enjoy a morning sunrise or relax and unwind on your peaceful canal-front covered & furnished deck. The Master offers a King bed with private en-suite bath, and its own porch access! 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed with hall bathroom just around the corner. Spacious living, dining and full kitchen with plenty of natural light. Flat-screen TV in Living room, WiFi are available to use during your stay, and if you want to bring your boat, there is an option to rent a 25' boat slip just down the canal from the condo. Access to pool, tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, playground, and clubhouse provided. Just a quick walk to our on-site marina, ships store, Blue Water Grill, Mimi's Tiki Hut, and miles of lighted docks for walking, jogging, fishing and crabbing!
The condo is a Vacation-My-Way property, meaning there is a 3-night minimum year-round, excluding the 2nd full week of August which requires a 7-night stay. Parking at the building for up to 2 vehicles, with 1 spot being covered. Boat/jet-ski trailer would have to be stored in covered space. If it does not fit there, it will need to be off-site for a fee. This building does not have an elevator, it is located on the 1st floor.
