Hip Heaven Apartment 508 on Beach

Hip Heaven in São Martinho is modern, freshly renovated, and styled in a way that makes you feel at home right away. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are a real highlight—high-quality, stylish, and super practical.The ocean view is the standout feature: open, wide, and truly impressive, especially in the morning and at sunset. The kitchen has everything you need, and everything feels modern and tidy. Overall, a really great place in a fantastic location—happy to recommend it.

The property was generally clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, most basic kitchenware was there, although glasses were lacking. Plenty of space for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. However, the second bedroom window didn’t open to outside but instead into a storage area accessed from outside. My teenage daughters were somewhat alarmed to see people in it every day whilst they were in their room, even with curtains closed, they were quite thin so not very private. I didn’t receive any access arrangements from the host, I called him the day before from the uk and he told me he would meet me at the apartment, however when we arrived he wasn’t there and I had trouble getting the call to connect to him from Madeira. My daughter called him from the uk and he told us where the keys were but still did not show up to the apartment, luckily we did not have any further need to contact him whilst we were there. View of the beach was lovely, although bring ear plugs if light sleeper as waves were quite loud, children also liked the pool. Overall a nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay.
