The property features a pool, covered parking, BBQ grills, and seating on the seaside deck. Each condo has a washer and dryer located inside the unit. South Point is only minutes away from the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, waterfront restaurants, Marine Science Center , Fishing Fleet and Nature walks. South Point is a weekly rental building.

I loved the beach it was not crowded. The other residents were mainly seniors like us and were very friendly.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. We had a direct view to the beach and the area where the apartment is located is quiet.
