We had a nice time. It was a little further from the venue then we thought but the community is wonderful in helping you get back to the house once you enter the front gates.

We are so thankful to have stayed here, overall was a great experience. We came for Coachella weekend 1 (2023) with a total of 8 adults). The property is pretty, well maintained/clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. The backyard area, pool, and spa were incredible and such a great asset throughout the weekend. Would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all. Host was super friendly and easy to stay in touch with. Check in and out was simple.
As an FYI, if anyone is staying for Coachella or stagecoach: this community is the closest development to the campgrounds (literally across the street). The community gate from Monroe by the country club is the main entry/exit point for all pedestrians and taxis/Ubers coming into or leaving the development. The festival entry point is a very short walk from that main gate (like 5-10 minutes, same spot as the Uber drop off point). Unfortunately once you enter the festival off the street, coachella makes you walk an additional ~2 miles through dirt to actually get in haha.
