About this house rental
Come relax in a renovated, open concept home on the golf course. Close by Palm Springs and Coachella. Not just another spot in the desert...The Bogart is on over a 1/4 acre lot, has a private pool, multiple seating areas, two fire pits, full game room and sits on the Indian Palms Country Club golf course. Relax under the misters in the backyard, watch the golfers strike the ball, come play in the heated / cooled pool, watch a movie on the 85" big screen or sports on the two 65" TVs in the game room.
We are right down the street from Coachella and Stagecoach. Only a short uber from the Indian Wells Tennis Tournaments, not too far from downtown Palm Springs with the nightlife and highly rated restaurants and centrally located to multiple other activities. Multiple grocery stores close by including Walmart Neighborhood Grocery, Smart and Final, Ralphs and Costco!!! All the appliances and cooking utensils you need to prepare a feast is in the well stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, instapot, rice cooker, slow cooker, vitamix, etc are all there. Serving trays, baking sheets etc make it easy to cook for 10+ and if you forget anything, there are multiple stores around.
For the days you don’t feel like cooking, there are all levels of restaurants close by from fast food, fast casual, breakfast and brunch and fine dining...they're all minutes away.
The lot is large (larger than 1/4 acre) with multiple seating areas so you’ll never feel cramped. The pool and hot tub can be heated for a fee and during the really warm days there’s even a chiller that can cool and make the water feel refreshing.

The house was exactly as shown and described. The location was ideal for us as we were going to stagecoach. It was clean, open and perfect for our group. Brian was very easy and communicative throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Our family and friends loved laying poolside and swimming during our stay. When we needed a break we loved playing gaming in the garage and watching sports. The size of the house was perfect for us all to have our own space. The master bedroom was amazing!
