About this house rental
This modern and luxurious vacation home at "Magic Village Views" is just 5 minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios! Amazing corner unit behind "Animal Kingdom", with fireworks views from the second floor! Features 4 bedrooms (all suites), 4.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, and private laundry. Resort offers pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant, kids' room, ATM, and store. *Amenities access requires $100/day per group, paid directly to the resort.* That is HOA rules.
Welcome to our fantastic corner unit—perfect for hosting you and your group!
Located in a charming gated community, this home offers plenty of space and comfort just minutes from Disney World in Orlando.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances for a convenient and luxurious experience.
A washer and dryer are also available for your use (laundry detergent not provided, but Walmart is less than 3 minutes away).
*MAGIC VILLAGE RESORT AMENITIES*
The Property is located within the Magic Village Resort but use of the resort amenities like swimming pool, gym, children's play room and office space ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION.
You have the option to pay a fee of $ 100 (Resort fee plus taxes) per day directly to the resort. 1 time fee per day for the entire group.

First Floor
- Bedroom 1:** Master bedroom with a king-size bed, full-size crib, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, and cable TV. Direct access to the backyard.
- Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room and Dining Room!
We’re always working to update and improve the kitchen utensils and amenities. If you notice anything listed that’s missing, just let me know!
- Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, sofa bed, lounge area, office space, and cable TV.
Bedroom 3: Two twin-size beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, and cable TV.
Bedroom 4: Two twin-size beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, walk-in closet, and cable TV.
Additional Amenities
Private Barbecue Area: Available for a $75 fee, including propane for your entire stay (refills not included).
Modern Construction: Built in 2019 with contemporary finishes throughout.
Parking: Two dedicated spots in front of the unit, plus additional guest parking.
Entertainment: A TV in every room.
Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi (no password required).
Comfort: Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
Essentials Provided: Towels, linens, dishwasher pods, sponges, dish detergent, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.

My husband and I along with our four children stayed here for my daughter's 7th birthday, we had plans at disney world and other places, this home lovely, very clean, very quiet neighborhood, communication was great with the host , had a question and it was late and they responded to me..I travel to florida alot and hope this home is available on my next visit. KIDS LOVED IT HERE! Thank you for making our vacation great as well!
