Can't Wait For Summer is a single-level home with plenty of room for your family and friends to relax inside or cool off in the private pool out back, which can be heated during cooler months, or soak in the adjoining hot tub. Conveniently located 1 mile to restaurants, shops, and nightlife and 0.8 miles to the beach. Enjoy a mix of island and contemporary décor carried throughout. The open kitchen is sure to please all chefs with crisp white cabinets, sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, a farm-style sink, an island for prepping, a regular drip coffee maker, basic pots, pans, and utensils. There is seating for six at the breakfast bar for dining on freshly prepared meals. The living room is furnished with two couches (one converts to a Queen Sleeper Sofa) for gathering and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable. The split bedroom arrangement provides privacy for all. Venture to the master bedroom, just off of the kitchen area, (BR1) comprised of a King bed, nightstands, a bench at the foot of the bed, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the back porch where the pool/hot tub is located. The ensuite bathroom contains a double granite vanity and a large tile stand-alone shower. The first guest bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a King bed, nightstands, a closet, and a wall-mounted TV. Across the hall, the second guest bedroom (BR3) is made up of a Full-over Full Bunk Bed, closet, and a wall-mounted TV. This room also has separate access to the shared hallway bathroom featuring a vanity and a tiled tub/shower. Sip your morning coffee on the back, covered veranda while taking in a sunrise and ocean breeze. This inviting area has ample seating and tables out of the sun. Cook the day's catch on the grill for a quick and easy dinner. Wind down in the pool, or soothe tired muscles in the hot tub after a day of shopping or playing at the beach. The half bath is accessible from the porch for your outdoor benefit. The full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage for your use. There is room in the garage for one car or golf cart and parking for four other vehicles in the driveway. Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
Beach Gear Credit- With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

House was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware, there was clear signage posted to help us with getting the hot tub ready for use, and the golf cart made traveling to the beach a breeze.

We had a great time at GW649. The property provided everything we needed in more. Large kitchen, comfortable beds and an AMAZING backyard oasis. We loved having the hot tub and pool - paid extra to heat the pool - as the weather just wasn't hot enough. My son played for hours on the pool basketball goal doing trick shots. We also appreciated that this property included a golf cart rental and 250.00 in credit to rent beach items. There were a few lights out in the kitchen and bathroom but that is an easy fix. I was also a little surprised by the adjoining apartment (with separate outside entrance) - but I contacted VRBO and confirmed that is where the owner stays when visiting and there is never anyone there when guests are renting the house. So just be aware so you aren't caught off guard with the locked door off the front guest room.The house is in a little three street neighborhood and it takes about 3 minutes to get to the beach on the golf cart (right around the corner). Port A is a great town and we had a blast and we would definitely rent this property again - actually, we are already looking at renting it this summer.

This place had everything we needed. Lots of room for parking. Plenty of space in rooms. Large Kitchen, living area, garage. Nice size pool with hot tub.

The house was nice, clean and comfortable in good location. The picture on the site makes the pool look twice the size it is actually. The hot tub heat and pump timers did not work, would not turn off. The washer did not work and sent notice to property manager but no response.
