GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

If you bring your own sheets and towels, and this would be a great place to stay. Check in with smooth, even though there was an island Wi-Fi problem we had no problems getting in the host even let me check in early to set the house up for my 98 year-old grandmother. I have a little bit of problems on my head, figuring out the elevator. Maybe if there was a sign on the inside of the white door that said this door must be shut in order for the elevator to operate. It would make things easier but again I don’t necessarily blame this on the host. The problem started when I woke up after the first morning and was making my bed, but I noticed White unidentified crusty stains on the backside of the two pillow shams that were navy and on the coverlet. I don’t want to speculate about what it probably is, but we all know and I’m the one that slept in that bed disgusting. I took pictures of it. Sent it to the host told her she needed to talk with her cleaning crew about the problem and she said she would handle it also as I’m sure the host was not informed the stove door does not shut all the way so if you were baking something, it took double the amount of time so breakfast was very late because the door to the oven does not shut and there is a huge amount of play. The problem I am having with my stay is the fact that while the host said she would visit i with the cleaning staff. There was zero offer on her in to refund any part of my stay for the absolute discussed, which I fou
