This private, comfortable, new construction home is less than 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and Haywood Road Corridor (West AVL or "Locals Downtown"). Nature-filled 1/2 acre backyard has all the privacy with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs and often a gaggle of wild turkeys. Spacious deck ready to enjoy our perfect climate.
