About this house rental
There is absolutely no parties or gathering of any kind are accepted. There are many public/other places designed and opened for this particular reason.
Guests, please provide us with an entry message before/while booking why you are boking our place, so we can better understand your needs and assist accordingly.
This stylish and spacious place is located in a quiet residential area and is perfect for families and small, up to 6 people, traveling groups for work or business. The house is located in the heart of Bridgwater Lakes on the quiet street in desirable location close to all hot city spots.
Overflowing with stylish details and offering a well-designed layout with 19 and 9 ft ceiling, open concept kitchen and dining with a huge island ideal for longer stays.
There is another living room located on the main floor just in case you want to have more space available for kids and/or adults.
The main floor mudroom and laundry for your convenience is readily available with customized details just to make your experience pleasurable, even when doing laundry :). Additionally, 2d floor 4 piece in-suite bathroom with spa like experience, huge bathtub to soak away your worries or long day behind and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine to fully relax and recharge.
Central AC for hot summers, attached garage, and concrete driveway are there for your convenience, especially when unloading groceries in the winter.
The second floor balcony is conveniently located in the master bedroom for the morning coffee in the heart the city, yet quiet morning before the day gets crazy busy!
Walking distance to “Bridgwater Centre” with small local coffee shops, restaurants, gift shop or banks, massage therapy, grocery store and so much more for you to discover.

awesome area , great place for a family, just 2 of us stayed this time but sure was nice to have a whole house to ourselves, no guests , no kids , and sadly no pets , but no responsibilities are the rewards , the pantry is stocked with spices and whatever you need pretty much,laundry facility was awesome too, we found the karaoke machine (the laundry room was great for a mini studio while we washed our clothes lol ) it was portable, the deck is great but still winter so no bbqing this trip but “the good earth chinese restaurant said our place was out of their delivery area but dilivered to us anyways for 10 that made our day so good on winnipeg you rocked thanks to our great hosts and the best chinese food this side of the real canada we had a great time even though the jets lost we had a blast at the game got seats right beside an old friend(like family) who was in for the week as well and somehow we got seats side by side with him and his grandson sec 106 row 7 seats 9, &10 for 380 , he paid 700 sometimes it pays to just be spontaneous, cheers
