The price intrigued me, so I decided to look further. Carol did a remarkable job meeting all expectations. 3 miles from the beach at siesta key. Convenient to many bars, restaurants grocery store, liquor store beach. We will return again and again.

It was perfect for what we needed and had everything we needed 👍

The cleanliness of the rental is top notch. It is in a very quiet, residential area, fairly well appointed, and has easy access to beaches and various areas around Sarasota. We enjoyed our stay.
Here are a few suggestions I think would help: There are 2 different numbered locks outside which made it difficult to figure out how to access the rental. It took a while to get in! An ice maker would be a fabulous addition. With no freezer in fridge, you can't make or keep ice. A couple of sharp knives would help to cut fruit, cheeses, etc. Also, a small adjustable wall mirror added to the bathroom would help with shaving or adding makeup. Directions for tv use would be helpful, as well. It can be very confusing with the two remotes, not knowing which or how to use. Other than these items, I would say it was very nicely appointed. If we had those things I listed, 5 stars would be given :) By the way, I loved those silicone coasters and when I returned home I purchased them right away on Amazon! Thank you for a nice visit!
