About this house rental

Built in 2021, this very small apartment has everything you need! Walking distance to all Minturn restaurants and the Minturn Summer Artisan Market. Twelve minutes to Vail and 16 minutes to Beaver Creek. Five minute ride to the Minturn Bike Park, lots of hiking trails nearby.

Summer Concert Series at the Minturn Amphitheater and the Bravo! Vail Music Festival is only 15 minutes away.

French doors open up onto a beautiful pasture and hillside out back, and the kitchen door opens onto a small peaceful deck.

I had a great stay at Minturn. The host communicated with us and their was a cheaper ski area on Cooper Mountain in Leadville we explored along with fun hiking trails!!

Early check in time worked out great for us, cute apartment! Loved the trivia card game provided by the host. Towels were good, bed was comfy
