Both of the bedrooms have flat screen HD televisions and the master bathroom has a walk in shower. The second bathroom in “Sugaree” is a tub/shower combo and is located in the hall just outside of the bedrooms.

This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Perfect size, great location, and clean. I do wish they had provided sheets for the fold out bed in the front room. Other than that everything about the property was fantastic!

Great house and was as good or better than advertised! The house was modern and clean. Our favorite part though was the outside are that was spacious. The covered area was great for getting out of the sun and watching basketball on tv and we enjoyed the pool.

Loved the location. Quick walk to beach. Great restaurants. The pool and outdoor space was amazing. We rented a golf cart and took it everywhere. We will definitely be back!!
