This recently updated and remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo offers beachfront views and is located in the heart of Holmes Beach featuring an elevator, heated pool, on-site tennis court and less than a minute walk to a private access for the beautiful white sandy beaches. The primary bedroom has a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, have your meals or just sit and relax. But, it doesn't stop there! You are also within walking distance to local restaurants & shopping.
This spectacular second floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has plenty of living space. You can enjoy gulf views from the open concept living and dining room that extends out to a seating area where you can sit & relax, open the sliders and listen to the waves or just enjoy the breathtaking view. There's even a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The heart of the home is the brand-new kitchen designed to inspire your culinary adventures. It boasts stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops and backsplash, all for you to prepare a quick snack for the family or a full dinner. Included in this unit are flat screen TVs, linens and towel services. Wireless internet and phone are complimentary. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

This condo is a beautiful relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed our stay so much. The views from the sitting area and master bedroom were THE BEST. So amazing to open the doors and feel the sea breeze and hear the waves. The walk to the beach was short and having all the beach gear there was a huge plus for us. We were partial to our spot on the beach and felt it was the best location on the island. I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family. We also did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our only issue is there are a lot of keys to keep track of and wish there would've been more keypads instead. Thank you SeaBreeze for an unforgettable vacation. We will be back!

The Seabreeze staff was incredibly responsive to any question or need we had. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they answered us every time we reached out to them. I highly recommend the company.

The location was great. We loved having a balcony view of the gulf. Condo clean and nicely decorated. We couldn’t get the tv’s to work, the living room ceiling fan didn’t work and the one in the master bedroom was not balanced and made a lot of noise. We didn’t want to interrupt our vacation calling management and having someone come out while we were there so we just dealt with it. It was hard to access the condo with only 1 key and 4 family members. You can’t get up the stairs to your condo without a key, Or enter the pool without a key. If the family wanted to split up and do different things, having only 1 key made that hard and kind of annoying. Totally into the safety thing but that was a little too locked down for our taste. There are a lot of rules and signs everywhere posting rules. Again, that’s fine but if you’re a more casual individual or family, it’s a little annoying. Who wants picky rules posted everywhere when you’re on vacation? Won’t rent here again.
