The 4-bedroom, 2-full-bath unit occupies both the 2nd and 3rd floors of the historic Heath-Peckham House, features a private entrance, and provides exclusive access to the secluded backyard. It's a fantastic space to enjoy a getaway with friends and family.

The apartment was perfect for our girls trip! It was clean and well equipped.We loved having our own bedrooms with cozy beds and enjoyed the common space. Stairs could be a little challenging for anyone with mobility issues. It was fine for us. Leah was responsive whenever we reached out with questions. Location was perfect ! We loved the walkability without the chaos of the downtown crowds! Restaurants were close by and fabulous.We found parking close by each day. This really was the perfect place for us. Highly recommended!!!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! This condo was the perfect home base for our girls’ weekend in Newport. The location couldn’t have been better, an easy walk to Bowen’s Wharf, Thames Street, great restaurants, shopping, and the harbor, yet still quiet enough to relax after a full day exploring.The condo itself was charming, spotless, and very comfortable. One thing we especially appreciated was how thoughtfully it was stocked. The host truly anticipated everything guests might need, from plenty of paper products, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels to cleaning supplies, hangers, and all the little extras that made us feel right at home.Communication was wonderful, and it was obvious the host takes great pride in making sure guests have a comfortable, stress-free stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our long weekend and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Newport. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect! Convenient to everything. We walked to most places. Parking there was easy. Our host Leah was wonderful and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.
