Outdoors, enjoy a large balcony with swivel rocker chairs, Bose outdoor speakers, and a Weber grill. Spend time here watching the pelicans, herons, ospreys, and even dolphins while you enjoy breakfast or cocktails. You'll have a view that directly looks down Main Street, and come evening, you can witness beautiful sunsets over the Intercoastal Waterway. The interior boasts a fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances, granite countertops, a wine cooler, and an ice maker. The living room has been newly updated with a 70' TV, Bose surround sound, and a new sofa with a gel padded sleeper. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 50' TV, a jacuzzi tub, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a 32' TV flatscreen TV. This home is conveniently located close to all The Wharf's attractions, wonderful beaches, and The Track and Waterville. The Wharf 912 truly has something for the entire family!
