The dates vary and some events arent added until closer to the date of the event There will be times where they schedule events at the 3rd to 8th street stage(resort is on 8th Street), so beach access directly in front of the resort may be affected(you may have to walk down a few streets to go to the beach). PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR DATES PRIOR TO RESERVING IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT THIS AFFECTING YOUR STAY! • Toiletries: As a timeshare guest, you’ll need to bring your own soap, toilet paper and toiletries for the week. Resort will give starter of toilet paper, etc.
• Parking: Free parking is available in the garage across the street. A $100 charge applies if you don't return the parking pass at check-out.
• Service Animals: Only legitimate service animals are allowed (no emotional support animals).
• No Daily Housekeeping: The resort provides mid-week cleaning on Wednesdays. If you prefer not to have the unit cleaned, use the “Do Not Disturb” sign.
• No guarantee on resort amenities being open; closures may happen due to maintenance.
• Unit decor may vary slightly from photos as the resort updates regularly.
• No Timeshare Tours Required: You are NOT obligated to attend a timeshare tour or presentation when renting a unit. This resort does not have any active timeshare sales.
• Guests must sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals Inc. after booking.
• A $100 refundable hold is placed on your credit card at check-in.

5. Linens & Towels: Please strip the beds completely and deposit all linens and towels near the entrance.
6. Trash: Bag all trash and place it in the designated area. Additional trash bags are available upon request.

Jessica was great and the condo was so awesome! We were 10ft from the boardwalk and not much further from the sand. However, it felt very safe and there were no safety concerns at all from being so close to the boardwalk. The staff was great and they have an awesome coffee machine in the lobby! We love our stay and we make lifelong family memories!!

I stayed at Barclay with my husband and daughter. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a coffee maker in the lobby where the coffee beans are freshly ground for every cup made! And it was delicious! One can select the type of coffee bean, and there is also hot chocolate. Our particular unit was very clean and very well equipped. The view of the ocean was spectacular. Our property manager was very easy to get along with, and very accessible.

We love staying here! The staff is friendly and it is a very laid back place! We come and go as we please! We love the ocean front view!!

Rented a time share unit. Unit was fine, just like it showed. Was supposed to be a non smoking resort, but I had to smell smoke the who time I was ever out on the balcony. Reported it to the desk and they just said if I couldn't tell exactly where it was coming from they couldn't do anything about it. It wasn't cigarette smoke either. Last night of our stay, there was a concert on the beach and they chose to lock the doors going out to the beach. Very inconvenient for paying guess to have to walk all the way around the resort to go in and out. Place ok to stay, but they are not really concerned about their guest.
