    First, I thought I was booking my reservation at the Hilton with the rooftop pool and this was not, extremely dissatisfied! Check in was at 4pm and we could not get into our til 7pm due to plumbing issue so they say. Once in room I reported the toilet tank was cracked and water was flooding the floor due to the shower door seal was detached. The hotel said they replaced the toilet which they did not and we didn't close the shower door so the seal was not fixed. I had pics but it would not let me add them, imagine that! The Tiki bar was over priced and drinks were weak. The elevator in the parking garage was down for a day. Our vacation was stressful, dissatisfied and will never use this app again as it mislead me (tricking me) into staying at a hotel we did not want.

    The customer service was awesome. The facilities were good. There were a few surfaces in the room and throughout the resort that showed very minor wear and tear but nothing major at all. The room was clean and spacious. Balcony view was awesome. ..So many dolphins. We loved the family pool area, and would like to visit the outdoor pools during the summer. No breakfast at the hotel, but there are a couple places very close by. Would definitely stay again.

    The hotel is on the beachfront. The view is so beautiful especially during sunrise. The location is perfect because it is near restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues.

    Read the description carefully, there is an additional $25.00 per day resort facilities charge. This is listed in the condition section of the listing but is hidden down at the listing so that you don’t see it. There is also a $69.00 housekeeping charge per occurrence. So if you want housekeeping services every day plan on spending an additional $95.00 per day for your stay. The facilities were nice, but not at the additional expenses incurred. The stove in my room had only one burner out of the four working and a few minor maintenance issues (paint and wall patching) that should have been addressed at the price point they charged.
