Recently renovated, this two-story 5BR/3.5BA home features a private heated pool that overlooks a spacious lot. Enjoy a location right on the Old Colony Rail Trail that puts you close to local beaches, Chatham Center, and local eateries. Cape attractions like the National Seashore and Provincetown are a short drive. Walk or bike downtown for seafood eats at Chatham Squire and grab ice cream for dessert.
Enjoy outdoor dining on an expansive deck that overlooks the pool, or play a game of bocce ball in the yard. Step out to your front door and venture down the bike path into town.

The main living area has a flat-screen TV and seating for 10 on a sectional.
The second living area has a wood-burning fireplace and seating for four.
The third living area has a comfy sofa that overlooks the backyard and pool.

Home chefs will enjoy a spacious kitchen with beautiful wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and skylights. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a double-door fridge with an ice and water dispenser.
Sip morning coffee at the kitchen island for three. An adjacent dining area seats six, and the formal dining room seats eight.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps up to 12 guests in the five bedrooms.
The private master bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and sliding door access to the fourth bedroom, which features a twin-size bed with a pull-out trundle and an en-suite half bath. The fifth bedroom holds a queen-size bed and two twin-size beds that can be configured into a full-size bed.
A guest bathroom upstairs is configured with a tub/shower combination.
Another half bath offers added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREAS
An expansive backyard features a large deck, an outdoor shower, and a heated pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day).

This home has complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, Netflix, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for four vehicles.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners, and multiple fans are available for guest use.

You're 1.2 miles to the saltwater beach at Oyster Pond, or 2.2 miles to Lighthouse Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Head 1.5 miles to the galleries, restaurants, and boutique shops of Main Street.
Visit Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge, just 3.5 miles away.

Its a great location, easy walk to town, beaches, the fish market and more. We were happy with the number of people the house could accommodate, the outdoor living space is a major highlight. The pool/deck area is expansive and well maintained.

The house itself is fantastic along with the deck and pool area. With a few amenity upgrades such as soap and shampoo in the outdoor shower, better paper products and bath towels and a more thorough cleaning inside and out this would easily ne a 5-star rated rental.

The house comfortably fit all 10 of house. Kitchen was well stocked with quality appliance, dishes and cooking items. The covered, heated pool was wonderful - all 10 of us took a dip! The location was very convenient to all of Cape Cod communities, with just a short drive to beaches, town and all activities.
