This house was wonderful! It was very comfortable for 12 of us. We loved how it was decorated and how the common areas accommodated our large group. The location was perfect for walking around Chatham and seeing the local sites. Bill was an excellent host and very responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed the back yard and the house had lots of spaces for us to stretch out and relax. The downtown location is ideal. It was nice to able to just walk to get ice cream or a bottle of wine. Would def stay here again!

The house is amazing with lots of room to relax indoors and out; location is perfect (just one block from center of Chatham and easy walk to lighthouse and restrants); the property description was accurate, and the host was quick to respond to our questions. Was a perfect place for my family to meet.
