10 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026
This fabulous property is in a relatively secluded area in Chatham with gorgeous views out the back deck. Very close proximate to all activities, beaches and shopping and restaurants. Plenty of beds and kitchen is very well stocked with supplies. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for everyone! The few issues we had were resolved quickly by the property manager. Our extended family of 11, including 5 children were easily accommodated and the kids had the time of their lives enjoying crabbing, some baseball, parks, beaches, museums, mini golf, ice cream and delicious food!

First-time visitor to the Chatham area. This property served all our needs and exceeded our expectations. It's close to everything and held our family (great rooms)! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

This is a beautiful home that is large enough to host a family reunion of 20 - 25 people. The back deck that overlooks the water, is a great place to hang out and the gas fireplace is awesome for chilly evenings. The kayaks were a big hit with the chidren. We hope to return again sometime.
