We love this property! The location is within 15 minutes of UT, so it was very convenient for us. We love the floor plan and the fact that the house had everything we needed. The host, Matt, was very responsive and is an excellent communicator.

Great house for a large group! House was clean and well-equipped. Kitchen and family room was a great open space for us all to hang out. The outdoor fire pit with the swings was a nice bonus. Beds were very comfortable. Close enough to campus and downtown too.

The house met all of our needs while we had to be out of our own house for 2 weeks. It’s settled on a quiet street but still convenient to shopping and places to eat. Every room and bathroom was lovely, with fantastic attention to details. The fenced back yard was great for our dog. Communication was excellent from beginning to end! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Came in town for a family get-together. Great location - close to UT and in a quiet neighborhood. All king beds is a huge plus. The owner Matt is great and super-responsive!

Our extended family was in town for a graduation. This home was just perfect for us. The community space is bright and open, with plenty of space and seating to be comfortable and not "on top of each other". The kitchen has everything we needed and then some. We really enjoyed being around the fire pit in the evening- what a great design. King beds for everyone was so wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking for all of us. Great location- we walked to the grocery store. Very easy drive to downtown. Just a great family time made even better because we stayed at this lovely home.
