This newly remodeled house is within walking distance to lots of dining and shopping, 14 minutes to Neyland stadium and UT Campus. 2 rooms downstairs have a king bed, and a pullout couch in them, along with 1-1/2 baths. Upstairs in a HUGE kitchen with a 5' x 9' island, plenty of seating, and beds for up to 14 people.

This house was delightful for our extended family for Tennessee graduation. Owners even added a few holiday decorations that made it fun and festive. The kitchen and large island made it great for gathering. Thank you

We love this property! The location is within 15 minutes of UT, so it was very convenient for us. We love the floor plan and the fact that the house had everything we needed. The host, Matt, was very responsive and is an excellent communicator.

Great house for a large group! House was clean and well-equipped. Kitchen and family room was a great open space for us all to hang out. The outdoor fire pit with the swings was a nice bonus. Beds were very comfortable. Close enough to campus and downtown too.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location, close to campus and downtown. Easy to find and convenient to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.
