This building will be undergoing Hurricane Sally repairs through April 2022; construction noise may be heard during your stay.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets you’ll need to create festive vacation meals with your group. Granite countertops provide an elegant look and ample space to prepare fresh ingredients.

This condo sleeps eight guests between the two bedrooms, a bunk room, and a queen sofa bed in the living area.
Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the primary bedroom. You’ll also enjoy direct access to the balcony and a 42” TV. The en-suite bathroom boasts a spacious double vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.
In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and can be accessed via the hallway.
The snug bonus bunk room has a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed and a flat-screen TV.

We had an overall great experience! There was some additional cleaning that needed to be done, but we enjoyed the views, the two pools were great for our younger girls and it was a short walk to the beach!

This unit was laid out and decorated nicely. Location is great for Hangout. The view from the 17th floor is amazing and we spent a lot of time on the porch. Kitchen was furnished well with everything we needed to cook. Parking, check in, etc. was easy and pool and beach access was great.
This unit is not conducive to 6 adults or really more than 3-4 people in general. The bunk bed room is very literally a converted closet. The size of this room cannot be understated - it’s claustrophobic. The unit was fully lacking any form of linens. The bunks had comforters but the other bedrooms had a thick sheet as their ‘blanket’. There are no extra bed blankets, throw blankets, shower towels, or dish towels (only 1). We did a LOT of laundry and had to buy our own blankets at Walmart to lounge comfortably. They also only provide a ‘starter’ pack of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc so we had to go buy all of that as well.
The Wi-Fi is also incredibly spotty. Streaming anything on the tv buffers every 5 minutes and phones / laptops only connect in certain parts of the house.
This unit definitely needs some love before being rented out again… recommend asking about the above before booking!
