If you’re visiting during the winter season, prepare to spend the majority of your time on-mountain, just a gondola ride away from town, and where a lift pass gives you access to more than 2,000 acres of skiable terrain. The summer season attracts climbers and mountain bikers, plus fans of the iconic cultural events hosted in town: the Telluride Film Festival and the Telluride Bluegrass Festival.

- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- There are spiral stairs leading to guest rooms and wellness center that may affect those with mobility limitations.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The home is beautiful. We had no issues accessing the property. The home matched the listing 100%. Each room had extra linens and blankets. Each bathroom had plenty of towels. The primary bathroom also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash that were reminiscent of a spa.experience. The kitchen was well stocked with sugar and spices that we did make use of. There is plenty of board games available to use as well. My only note is that we did noticed the living area was a bit dusty with cobwebs and dog hair. This did cause our allergies to be set off. Otherwise everything was great. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and were very friendly.

This was a wonderful property located in a peaceful, quiet location, central to all activities. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Well stocked with everything we needed
Unfortunately, the washer was not working,
but the host did provide laundry service for us. We also had an issue with the sink disposal , which was not pleasant, but we were able to figure out how to work around it. usus.

My family, friends, and I rented this beautiful cabin for my wedding week. It was absolutely stunning. Plenty of room for everyone and we all really enjoyed the family movie room. I look forward to visiting again because of my really pleasant experience. I must add the shuttle service was so helpful and the drivers were always very nice and accommodating!
