This beautiful pet friendly home has been recently renovated and offers a spacious open floorplan with plenty of room for rest and play! With lovely ocean views, a public beach access point just steps away, and just a short stroll to the Garden City Pier, Magnolia Cottage is in a prime location near several dining and entertainment options.

Community Pool - Professionally Maintained, Exterior Shower, Exterior Porch Furniture, Paved Parking, Professionally Landscaped Grounds, Non Smoking Environment, Pet Friendly (50 lb Limit, Max 2 Dogs, Additional Fees Apply), Golf Carts and Motorcycles Are Permitted (Must be Parked In Carport Area) but Trailers Are Not Allowed.

2nd Floor (Three): 1 King, 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds, 1 Queen
BATHROOM LOCATIONS
1st Floor (Half): 1 Shared Half Bath with Hall Access
2nd Floor (Two): 1 Private Full Bath, 1 Shared Full Bath with Hall Access
PROPERTY AMENITIES
High Speed Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

While the property comes with nothing but bars of hand soap & a few rolls of toilet paper, the location is phenomenal for a family vacation.

Just a terrific bungalow for a family vacation. Beautiful home, well taken care of. Extremely close to the beach and the Pier. Everyone loved the stay. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home exactly like the pictures! You can see the ocean from the porch and see a glimpse from the bedrooms which was a win! Parking is a bit tight but is doable. The pool was clean and is a short walk from the house. Would definitely stay here again!
