Located on a 1-acre land, this house, surrounded with lush green trees, also spotlights an enclosed heated pool (beginning of November to end of March). With the spacious indoor/outdoor living quarters, pool and sunroom, a 3-minute walk to the Robinson Preserve South entrance, and 8 miles to IMG Academy Stadium, you will be provided with an unforgettable experience.

Bedrooms: The house features 5 spacious bedrooms with Smart TVs, 3 bedrooms with 3 king beds and ensuite bathrooms, 1 with 2 queen beds, and 1 with a twin over queen bunk.

Kitchen: The beautiful kitchen has an island and stands well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee machine w/carafe and single-cup options, blender, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, an array of pot, pans, utensils, spices and more.

Indoor/Outdoor Living Spaces: Living room highlights a 65-inch TV, books & toys for kids. Dining areas can sit 14 (7 at the dining table, 3 at the counter, and 4 in the sunroom). An office space with a large desk allows guests to work during their stay. Guests can fellowship and have conversations in the sunroom or choose to read a book in the daybed or the 2 cocoon chairs. The pool has 4 loungers and 2 comfortable adirondack chairs. A grill in the backyard provides opportunity for outdoor cooking. Want to feel closer to nature? Relax at the cozy firepit in our spacious backyard.

Laundry: The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer, fully stocked with laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. A toilet and bath vanity inside provides a half bath.

- Bringing a boat? You can store the trailer in our extended driveway

- All pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival. Please provide detail about the type of pet, breed, size, and temperament
- Maximum of 2 pets are allowed
- Additional fee of $110 per pet, per stay
- Only healthy and well-behaved pets are permitted. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any pet that poses a risk to people or other animals

***Other salient points to note:
- Our house caters to large family vacations. We do not offer the house for events or parties.
- The maximum number of adults allowed is 12. For safety reasons, the bunk bed is only for kids weighing up to 100 lbs. There will be a charge of $60/per guest, per night, after the 13th guest.
- Cameras: Surveillance cameras locate outside of the house for security purposes. No camera inside of the house or in the pool area.
- The pool will only be heated to 82 degree between November to end of March (if outside temp falls below 55 degree, it will take the pool longer to heat up)
