Pensacola Bay waterfront! Close to Pensacola and Navarre beach , amazing sunsets

Had a great, last minute holiday weekend getaway at Jerry's property. It's an older home but was accommodating to our family. We had 7 adults and 3 kids. There was more than enough space. We could have more family if needed with the amount of beds available. There were plenty of dishes and cookware. I was in love with the refrigerator. There was a nice little beach area right outside. The kids liked the sand and the tiny crabs. There were kayaks available. There were extra beach items to use if we needed them. We left sand toys for the next guest since we have no beaches in our area. The host was very responsive and offered to give suggestions on things to do, places to eat, etc. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the location, the house and amenities offered with the rental. When I’m back in the area visiting family again, I will definitely see if this house is available.

Host was great! The view is beautiful and such a peaceful place!

The views were lovely of the water with moss draped trees, however the home had miscommunications regarding cleaning, it was taken care of, but resulted in late 7:30 entry. There were a number of discrepancies, the home was not what was expected for the price. To his credit Jerry was very communicative.
