Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen.
There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. Access the Gulf of Mexico and Homosassa Springs.
We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $25 additional pet fee as well.

My husband and I spent several days at Banyon House to celebrate our anniversary. The house was spotless, comfortably furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, and wonderful screened-in back porch which was great for having coffee in the mornings. The neighborhood was very quiet, I even was able to take a late afternoon nap out there one day! We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit in the evening and also enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the fish jump. Our host was easy to communicate with and we felt at home for our weekend getaway. Nice place on a canal. Rented a golf cart and was able to access just about anywhere we wanted to go eat, kayak, air-boating, or just exploring the area. Shrimp everywhere you go and all were outstanding. Restaurants on the river were all good and service was great, no worker shortages there. They were so good we only ate cereal for breakfast and all our other meals were at local restaurants. Live music at several places on weekend. Owner was great with a couple of little issues we had and all got handled asap. Great place for a couple. Kayaks were at the house and we used them 2/3 times, only issue is their a little hard to get in from the dock for us old folks so we just rolled in and out of them. Saw 1 Manatee in a canal around corner from our place, very exciting. We live in Florida and this was first time in Homosassa and we had a great time. House is as pictures show with nice finishing touches and plenty of all you need. Great time.

Very nice place to stay. Our dachshunds loved the back porch. Great fishing if you have a boat. Monkey island was awesome.

Perfect location for everything. Decor is beautiful and house very clean great yard. The screen porch was the best. The dogs loved it as well as the property and walking the dogs! I highly recommend the Banyon House!
