About this villa rental
This 3-bedroom, 2,5-bathroom villa will sleep a maximum of 6 people. It has a very long driveway, which will make it easy to park your car and your trailer(s) if you bring your own boat. When you bring your own boat, docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft. The Marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching, scalloping and swimming and in the winter visit the manatees at the Homosassa Springs.
The community has a nice swimming pool.
As you enter the house you will see the spacious living room with a 75-inch smart TV, the dining room and the kitchen is around the corner. There is also a half bath on this floor for your convenience. On the second floor you will find the Master bedroom with a King bed and a 55-inch TV and its own bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a double sink. The second bedroom has a Queen, and the third bedroom has 2 Twins. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and double sinks. The house has a gas BBQ and offers free WIFI (speed up to 1GB).

Great home to stay for the holiday weekend! I loved that it had a half bath downstairs. Great location and very clean home. I wish there was cleaning supplies like cleaning spray to wipe down counter tops and any spills on floor, other than that it was a great place to stay for 2 couples!

Came for boating and fireworks at Homosassa. The house was great and the boat slip was an easy walk from the house. Very enjoyable weekend.

The house was fine. Wi-Fi issues the entire time. Dishwasher was a concern as standing water in the bottom. One bed was basically on the floor.
