Located in the Inlet Heights neighborhood just a mile east of 30Avenues, this three-story four-bed/three-bath coastal getaway is a perfect mix of comfort and style. It’s designed for families searching for an alternative to the 30A crowds, couples that need a long weekend away, or a few old friends looking to reconnect on the links. Warm and inviting, the interior of the home has been recently updated and is an easy place to relax, entertain or watch the game. The master bonus room was converted into a comfortable home office space for those that need a little work time before the beach. Three of the bedrooms are Kings, the other has two twin XL size beds – easily accommodating two adults. Outdoor decks on the first two floors supplement the living space nicely. Parking is not an issue here - the house’s location accommodates three cars, plus garage.
Inlet Beach is noted for its white sandy beaches and unfussy vibe. Two beach access points are close by - a ten-minute walk or an easy drive with facilities and plenty of parking. The Grande Pointe community pool and dock on Lake Powell are a short walk from the house – a nice option for families. Camp Helen State Park, an undeveloped gem alongside Lake Powell and the Inlet that gives the area its name, is a short drive away.
This prime location gives you access to nearby shopping and dining at 30Avenues, Rosemary Beach, and all of Scenic 30A. The Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex is just up Route 98 in Panama City Beach.
LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING
The sunlit living area on the second floor is an ideal space to gather to formulate plans for the day or relax after a day at the beach.
The sparkling kitchen is just off the main living area. It’s well-suited for cooking and entertaining, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, plenty of cookware, and a full-size coffee maker. When it’s time to dine, the island seats two and the table seats eight.
BED/BATH
This home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. The spacious third floor suite offers a king bed, a home office, and a private balcony. Its en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, private water closet, walk-in shower, and a large closet. The second-floor bedroom has a king bed, and a closet with sliding-door access. An adjacent bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. The ground floor bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has outdoor deck access, while the fourth bedroom has two twin beds, and its own outdoor deck access. The adjacent guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Each of the bedrooms has its own TV with Dish network available.
OUTDOOR
Sip morning coffee or sunset cocktails on the upper covered deck, fitted with a TV, a propane grill, and a cushioned sitting area. The first-floor deck has a round table that seats four, and two rocking chairs, good for a late-night chat or an early morning coffee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
