ROME ITALY PERFECT PASQUINO APARTMENT
A sophisticated, beautifully furnished and well-maintained luxury vacation apartment in the Piazza Navona area. Modern kitchen, piazza views, marble bathrooms. The perfect location in one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of central Rome.

The Piazza Navona area is full of wonderful restaurants, winding cobblestone streets, cafes, and handy public transportation.
Location
Most famous sights in Rome are within easy walking distance. Just below the apartment is the famous Pasquino statue. The piazza has many wonderful restaurants and down the block are cafes, a famous pizza restaurant, gelateria as well as boutiques.
Exterior
The building dates from the 1800s and has an elevator. The Pasquino apartment is on the top floor for maximum light.
Interior
Relax in the beautifully decorated living room with plenty of comfortable seating and original hand-painted beamed ceilings high above. The living room and bedroom 1 overlook the piazza. The windows throughout the apartment are double-glazed; this is a popular area so you may hear some noise from pedestrians at night if you leave windows open, typical for such a sought-after, central location in Rome. But, close the high insulating windows and quiet reigns. Bedroom 2 is cozy like a ship cabin with ample storage. The apartment boasts a remarkable amount of closet space and a very large eat-in kitchen, unusual for Roman apartments. There is a combination washer/dryer for your laundry needs.
Things To Note
Local hospitality tax paid in cash on arrival.
Windows are sound dampening. If windows are left open at night some pedestrian noise may be heard from street below.
Check in from 5pm-7pm, by appointment. Check out by 10am.
Late check in 7pm-10pm (€50 fee), only possible with advance arrangement. Fee must be paid in cash on arrival to greeter. No check ins after 10pm, sorry no exceptions.
Children 0-17 are allowed

Everything was wonderful. The location was perfect. Small a/c units in each room were effective. The shower head in the guest bathroom wasn’t working properly, but they were very quick to fix it. Or only issue was the dryer, but that may have been user error as we’re not used to the 2 in 1 units. The place was very clean with all of the amenities you might need.

Apartment was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect level of charm and comfort! The unit was meticulously spotless- which is important when you suffer from sever allergies. We had a minor plumbing "lost in translation" moment between US plumbing and European, but the hostess sent someone immediately to help us figure it out. The location!!!! Exactly what we wanted, a homie, non-turisitie place!! Everything was walking distance. Incredible little shops and restaurants all around!
